Insurance Company Acknowledge Claim
What does this mean?
This means that the insurers have acknowledged receipt of our initial letter to them in which we provided information about your claim. The insurers now have a period of 3 months in which to investigate the claim. By the end of this 3 month period the insurers must tell us whether or not liability for the accident is disputed. If liability is disputed they must provide us with their reasons.
