Medical Report Received
What does this mean?
We have received the medical report on your injuries which is then sent to you for approval. If you approve the report it will be sent to the insurers as evidence in support of your claim. If the report recommends that you should have treatment we will discuss this with the insurers to see if they will pay for the treatment to be carried out. If liability is in dispute the insurers will rarely agree to pay for any treatment.
