Notified Insurance Company of Claim
What does this mean?
We have written to the insurers of the other driver to provide them with information that will help them to consider your claim. We have to tell them your name, address and date of birth as well as your description of the accident, details of any injuries you sustained and a brief outline of the expenses that you have incurred. The insurers have a period of 21 days to acknowledge that they have received our letter.
