What does this mean?
This means that with your authorisation we have settled the case with the other side.
What happens next?
Once settlement is agreed it is simply a case of the insurers sending us a cheque for the agreed amount. Once we receive the insurer’s cheque we will immediately send you the monies that are due to you.
