Headway Preston & Chorley Kicks Off at PNE
Headway Preston and Chorley celebrated its launch, “Acquired Brain Injury-Who Cares”, at Preston North End football stadium on 15th October 2010.
The launch event, hosted by Heathcotes restaurant, was attended by over 130 delegates including members from other Headway Groups and Branches from across the North West region.
MIB Loses Dispute Over Motorcycle RTA Claims
A personal injury solicitor has hailed a victory for motorcyclists against the Motor Insurers’ Bureau, after successfully appealing for damages.
Fletchers Solicitors, which handles road traffic accidents and serious injury claims, has won an appeal confirming the MIB was liable to pay costs. The MIB and Fletchers were in dispute over two separate cases involving motorcyclists.
