Client Contact Agent
We are looking for a Client Contact Agent to handle inbound customer calls providing an efficient, courteous and professional service at all times. You will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will include dealing with basic client enquiries and assisting fee earners.
You will possess;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be an articulate communicator, possess excellent Listening skills and have an excellent telephone manner. You must have good computer skills with experience using Windows based packages (Word, Excel) an experience of using the Internet.
Salary dependant on experience. Permanent position.

Sales Executive
Due to rapid company growth, we currently require a highly motivated and talented Sales Executive to join our existing Business Development Team operating nationally. You will be accountable for selling Fletchers and our services in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
You will be trained to be fully conversant with the product lines offered by the company and be expected to have the ability to communicate with clients. Your main duties and responsibilities are to develop and analyse the sales territory and achieve quotas as set by senior management. Using a consultative selling approach you will have excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and partnering skills, together with the ability to set goals, organise and prioritise tasks.

Fletchers have invested heavily in a new Proclaim Practice Management system to aim its ambitious expansion plans. We now have a vacancy in our Systems Team for an experienced Proclaim Administrator preferably with experience of:
Workflow maintenance
Advanced Report Creation
Integration with third party systems
You should have experience in arranging meetings to explain and discuss workflow changes and preferably have experience in training end users on the system.

Role
This role is within the personal injury litigation team – the duties will include assisting the team members with their case loads, preparing pleadings, drafting statements obtaining statements instructing experts, liaising with the client, the insurers to ensure the smooth running of the file and to maximise the costs on each file.
The role will be to assist on litigated files or to prepare to litigate a case.
1. Investigating liability liaising with police, TPI client witness etc
2. Prepare and draft particulars of claim, claim forms, list of documents
3. Schedule of past and future losses if applicable
4. Applying for and reviewing medical notes and histories providing a synopsis of the medical history
5. Instructing experts consultants, care, occupational therapists
6. Liaising with the claimant, and their family to obtain statements
7. Attending when necessary on conferences
8. Dealing with telephone calls from the claimant and/or the insurers and dealing with if appropriate.
