Craig specialises in no win, no fee personal injury compensation cases of maximum severity, including spinal cord injury, brain injury, fatalities and amputations resulting from road traffic accidents, accidents at work or public and occupiers liability accidents. Craig also leads the Serious Injury team at Fletchers Solicitors and works exclusively for claimants who have suffered serious injury. Craig was previously a partner at Pannone LLP before joining Fletchers Solicitors in 2009.
Craig’s expertise in this area of the law and experience ensures that the service received is both tailored to the individual needs of seriously injured clients and their families and is of the highest standard. We work with you from the very early stages to seek funding and involve therapists to ensure rehabilitation needs are met as well as progressing these complex personal injury claims to the earliest possible settlement.
Craig acts for a number of clients, both adults and children, in cases valued at in excess of one million pounds. Craig was part of the legal team involved with the high profile North Wales cycle tragedy in 2007.
Outside of the office Craig is involved with a lot of church volunteer work and enjoys cycling with his family and various sports, although now more of a spectator than a participant.
