With ongoing organisational growth, we are always looking for talented people to join the Fletchers motorcycle accidents team.
Established in 1987, we’re a specialist personal injury firm and only deal with clinical negligence, serious injury and motorcycle accident cases. We don’t dilute our practice and understand that bikers’ accidents are different and because of this we’ve tailored the support we provide to them.
We’re looking for lawyers to become part of our driven and knowledgeable motorcycle accident team. The team embodies our ‘in this together’ ethos and work hard to achieve the best results for their customers every day.
As part of the Fletchers team, we believe you should enjoy coming to work and strive to reward our team members with great benefits and incentives for their commitment.
A great placement with…
Our ethos is 'in this together' and we believe our team members should be rewarded for their hard work throughout the year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a discretionary annual company bonus for all of our team members.
We are incredibly proud to be listed in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For 2016 and winner of the Investors in People Excellence in Reward and Recognition award.
We believe you should never stop learning new things and we want to ensure you have the knowledge to do your job, therefore we work with a local college to offer free NVQ's to our team members.
We work hard to make sure Fletchers is a great place to work and a place people feel they can strive. In 2016, we were named in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
Coming to work at a new place can be hard when you don't know anyone, so we encourage our team members to bring their friends! Recommend a friend for a vacancy and if they're successful we'll give you a bonus.
What people say about us...
“I enjoy working at Fletchers and in my two and half years of being here, I’ve never dread coming to work. My team and the overall atmosphere here really do make a different to the job. Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other.”
“Working in RTA is fast paced: no two days are the same. One minute you are drafting witness statements for a customer and the next you are instructing counsel. As there are a variety of skills used on a daily basis, RTA is an ideal platform for anybody wanting to develop their skills.”
