A. My apprenticeship has helped me to develop my legal knowledge at the same time as being able to implement this within my current role.
Fletchers actively supports development for all staff within the company, meaning that it is a great place to gain experience and progress within the legal profession.
I feel that undertaking the apprenticeship is giving me better prospects and opportunities for my career, within a number of areas of law.
Q 3. Would you recommend completing an apprenticeship over the traditional routes?
I would definitely recommend an apprenticeship over traditional routes because it allows you to gain the knowledge and qualifications you will need for your chosen career, along with providing you with the opportunity of gaining experience and competence to assist you in your success.
