Can lawyers work flexibly?

Our Head of People, Sara Duxbury, recently wrote an article asking about the flexibility within law firms and how some firms are breaking the mould to offer flexible working whilst still achieving results.

“The dynamics of the modern workforce, and the structure of work in general, are now changing across the majority of industries. In today’s well-connected and fast-paced society, the notion of nine to five working is likely to become obsolete.”
