Caroline Morris secures high value award for below knee amputee

Caroline Morris and Aimee Moorcroft, members of Fletchers Serious Injury Team, recently acted for a 46 year old man who was injured in an accident at work.

The injuries he sustained resulted in him undergoing a below knee amputation. Caroline and Aimee worked closely with their opponent throughout the case securing a large interim payment to enable their customer to purchase and adapt a new property as well as embark on a rehabilitation regime.

The case recently settled for £2.3 million including provision for private prosthetics and care.
