Daily Express: Fletchers Client Pursues Hospital After Being Left Unseen for Hours Following Stroke

8th August 2013

The Daily Express recently investigated how critically ill patients are often left unseen and untreated in emergency wards, sometimes for hours at a time. Unfortunately, if they had been treated in a proper and timely manner, the patients would not have suffered serious long term health problems, or would have been substantially better for being seen on time.

But one thing hasn?t changed in that time ? and that?s our promise to give our customers 100% commitment. We?d like to thank everyone who?s worked for and with us over the past 25 years and helped make us the company we are today. Treat yourselves to a glass of champagne and here?s to the next 25!

8th June 2012

Never has Bob Dylan so often been quoted as he has been in claimant lawyer circles recently. I have heard the lyric: ?The times they are a changing? open and end so many speeches at personal injury conferences over the last few years that it is now somewhat clich‚. As much as it pains me to start on a clich‚, there is nevertheless a great deal of truth to Dylan?s words.
