Development at Fletchers

2nd February 2016

Congratulations to Steph in our Costs Team who, yesterday, qualified as a solicitor!

She told us all about what completing her PORT (Period of Recognised Training) at Fletchers was like and what motivated her throughout.

“During my PORT (Period of Recognised Training) the People Team at Fletchers were so supportive every step of the way. Knowing they were behind me pushed me to live up to the high standards expected of a Fletchers trainee and living their values everyday made qualifying even more rewarding.”

Development is one of our core values at Fletchers and we encourage all of our staff to continually progress. If you want a career in which you can grow check out our current vacancies at www.fs.co.uk/careers/vacancies
