Fletchers Group announces election of new Partners
Fletchers Group is thrilled to announce the election of six new Partners.
Representing a range of departments and locations, the Partners have been elected for their exemplary performance, commitment to the firm’s values and innovation in bringing something new to the business.
- Emma Semwayo (Head of Clinical Negligence, Leeds Minton Morrill office)
- Guy Pomphrey (Senior Solicitor, Clinical Negligence, Leeds Minton Morrill office)
- Charlotte Mackulin (Senior Solicitor, Serious Injury Unit)
- Victoria Marsden (Head of EL/PL)
- Andrew Chadwick (Head of Costs Resolution, currently seconded to Blume)
- Kirsty Thomas-Horton (Serious Injury Solicitor and Head of Charities & Partnerships)
Now in its second year, the Fletchers Group Partnership Programme is a core part of the firm’s people strategy, and recognises the achievements, dedication, and contribution of its high-performing colleagues.
The new Partners were selected through a robust peer review and multi-stage assessment process carried out by a panel comprising the Group’s Executive Leadership Team and a cross section of existing Partners.
The final stage was a full-day Committee meeting where all aspects of the applications, including detailed written submissions, summaries of interviews and information from peers, were carefully considered.
They will join the 12 existing Partners and 12 Directors as part of an extended leadership team to take greater responsibility in leading and driving the business forward.
