Fletchers Solicitors named in London Stock Exchange’s ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’

2nd July 2019

Fletchers Solicitors are one of 94 North West businesses to make the London Stock Exchange’s ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ report.

The sixth edition highlights Fletchers contribution within the overall £4.3bn turnover from North West companies, with:

  • Engineering & construction
  • Retail
  • Manufacturing
  • Information technology
  • Healthcare

Making up the top five industries.

On reflection, Fletcher’s legal expert, Stephen Threlfall believes the firm’s inclusion is because of a commitment to change:

Above all, we always show a commitment to provide team members with the tools and knowledge to be technically proficient.

We believe this underlines our commitment to giving everyone training and development opportunities.

Most importantly, we want everyone to be the best they can possibly be in their roles.

Stephen Threlfall believe Fletchers has been named for a commitment to embracing technology that improves business output and client services

As well as Stephen’s approval, Bod Buckby, London Stock Exchange head of UK Primary Markets for the North, told BusinessLive the 94 companies representing the North West ‘highlight the entrepreneurial spirit of the region.’

The North West is the third largest UK region for high-growth companies in this report.

Furthermore, not only by the number of companies featured, but also by total turnover and number of jobs created.

Subsequently, companies in North West England play a key role in driving the UK economy and we will continue to champion their success stories and growth.
