Innovation at Fletchers

Despite having only been in his current role as Support Manager for a few months, James has already been planning and implementing small changes to increase the efficiency and enhance the processes used by the support team. Before joining the support team, James was a member of the Marketing team where he developed and created one of his biggest innovations.

“During my time in the marketing department I redeveloped the Daily Report and built a new structure and procedure for data capture to change the data analysis. James shared his top tip with us for what innovation can be and how it can develop. “Innovation stems from the need for improvement, improvement can be a minor change or complete new procedure/process and that small change may be all that is required to have a big impact on efficiency or finding the solution.”
