Meet Our Trainee Solicitors – Ajith

5th December 2014

Ajith has been working in our Medical Negligence department since January of this year. He graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University and is currently studying his LPC and Masters at the University of Law.

Currently working as a Senior Paralegal, we asked Ajith about his time here at Fletchers so far:

No two days are ever the same at Fletchers. My main duties include drafting letters of claim, instructing medical experts, settlement negotiations and conferences with medical experts and counsel.

I am looking forward to developing my knowledge and expertise, particularly in the field of Medical Negligence. I hope to work my way up to a Senior Solicitor role within Fletchers with an expert knowledge in the field.

The main thing I enjoy about working at Fletchers is that it is a modern law firm with a forward thinking outlook – especially with the legal landscape changing constantly. The fact that they are so focused on the continual development of their employees is a key factor in my ambition to stay here and work my way up.
