Motorcyclist thanks Fletchers Solicitors after Oxford Circus Road Traffic Accident

A 43-year-old male has gone on record and thanked Fletchers Solicitors after they helped secure a £42,250 settlement following a Central London road traffic accident.

Edinei Domingos was travelling near Oxford Circus on his morning commute when he was knocked off his motorcycle by another vehicle.

Edinei, an Engineer by trade, was immediately treated for a right mid-shaft clavicle fracture and right side rib fractures following the collision.

Edineis’ Wife contacted Fletchers Solicitors in hope of securing expert legal representation and as a result, the third party insurers admitted liability for the incident on 21st February 2018.

The case, managed by Serious Injury Lawyer, Michelle Heyes and Assistant, Kim Lucas, was then settled on 25th January 2019.
