Caroline Morris
Senior Chartered
Caroline has specialised in the personal injury sector for 25 years, joining us here at Fletchers in 2017. During that time, she has recovered over £51 million in capitalised damages for clients to help them rebuild their lives.
Caroline’s tenacity is driven by her hope that every client will have the best life possible, post injury. She achieves rehabilitation options early so her clients gain the best possible treatment and care at the earliest stage, with the aim that they will have the best outcome in the long term. In addition to this, Caroline is totally dedicated to her clients and their families and never waivers from that stance. When she meets clients and their families, she is aware that it is at the single most distressing time of their lives. She prides herself on providing more than a legal service to her clients and to do this she adopts a holistic approach to the relationship.[vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”33283″ img_size=”large”]NOTEABLE SETTLED CASES

CLIENT FEEDBACK:
“I have been instructed by Caroline Morris for many years and I am able to say, without hesitation, that she is one of the best lawyers that I have worked with in representing such clients.” Mr Simon Kilvington QC
“We had interviews with three or four other firms but chose Fletchers because of Caroline and Aimee; I could see that they had such attention to detail. I could see immediately that Caroline is a fighter. I saw that straightaway and I knew she was the best person I could have to help my son. She made it an obvious choice. It must be such a difficult decision for some families, but Caroline made it easy. Interviewing the lawyers to take on a case like this is a minefield at a very difficult time. People can be easily led by promises, which won’t be fulfilled, but Fletchers never did that. They were so professional and engaging, they were eager to get started and help us. I really needed to consider who was the right person for my son and Caroline made that quite evident. I knew she would do her absolute best and she did.” CCC and CCD v Sharp April 2022
“I am so grateful, and I cannot thank you enough for everything that you have done for me and the boys. Thank you for all your help, you have been our saviour. I don’t know where I would have been without your help. I cannot put into words what you have done for me and the boys – we will always be grateful for all you have done.” BXA and BXB v Adams, April 2021
“When I first spoke to Caroline, I felt so well looked after. The accident obviously happened to my husband, but it was me who was dealing with it all and Caroline made it so much easier. We didn’t know what was going to happen, but we felt very blessed to have Caroline with us every single step of the way. It’s very rare to find a lawyer who focuses on the whole family, not just the client, but Caroline did this. The outcome of the case was obviously the priority, but she always made sure that the family was comfortable. She didn’t believe in getting anything but the very best for us. Nothing I can say will ever be enough to thank Fletchers for what they have done.” LXW by LEW v Mehmeti January 2021
