Man receives 3K in compensation after suffering an injury at work

Settlement figure: £3,000

Lawyer assigned to the case: Simon Noske

Our client was at work and caught his lower leg on a sharp pole that was protruding from a cart. The cart should not have been in the area that he was walking in. As a result of the accident, our client sustained a laceration to the lower leg which left a 3cm permanent scar.

The case was handled by Litigation Executive, Simon Noske. Reflecting on the claim, Simon said:

“Initially an offer was made of £2,000, which the client did want to accept. However, I advised him to reject this, and we obtained an increase to £3,000.”

Following on from this, our client said Simon was very informative throughout the claim.
