Our client approached a mini roundabout, with nothing coming from the right they entered on to the roundabout. As our client was exiting the roundabout, a vehicle approached from their left, failing to give way, impacting the clients left hand side, causing the client to be thrown off, sustaining injuries and damaged items.
Our client’s carbon-framed bicycle was written off in the collision. He also sustained the following injuries:
- Grazing to the left knee
- Pain and discomfort in the left shoulder, hips, left knee and lower back
- Severe cuts and grazing to the left hand and left thumb

Our client was proceeding along the main road when a car pulled out of a side road and collided with our client’s bicycle. Our client was thrown over the handlebars and landed on his head and shoulders.
