Ashley has over 15 years’ experience working within the personal injury sector representing the victims of road traffic accidents. Shortly after embarking on his career, Ashley developed an interest in cases involving life changing injury as well as a desire to represent those in recovering substantial compensation awards to enable them to rebuild their lives.

Since joining the Catastrophic Personal Injury Team here at Fletchers in 2012, Ashley has gained extensive experience of handling large and complex loss cases. Ashley handles a caseload ranging in value from £100,000 to £1 million. Ashley’s specialist field, and areas of particular interest are multiple and complex orthopaedic injuries, pain conditions, psychiatric conditions, and subtle brain injuries.

Rider of a motorcycle, third party turned right across client’s path, resulting in significant lower limb injuries. Achieved a settlement of £641k.

CM, September 2021

A front seat passenger involved in a collision with an untraced driver. client suffered an incomplete spinal cord injury. Case complicated by significant pre-existing medical conditions including Dementia and poorly controlled Diabetes. Achieved a gross settlement of £226k.

AB, Jan 2022

Rider of a motorcycle, third party turned right across client’s path, resulting in significant orthopaedic injuries as well as brachial plexus injury. Achieved a settlement of £515k.

CH, May 2022

Driver of a vehicle involved in a high-speed head on collision who suffered a brain injury, multiple internal and orthopaedic injuries. Achieved a settlement of £538k (net of 50/50 liability split).
