Catherine is Head of Client Care and Onboarding. Over her 20-year career at Fletchers, Catherine has been heavily involved in guiding clients through the initial claims process.

Catherine understands how difficult it can be to make that first call to a solicitor and ensures that all clients feel fully supported when starting a claim. Passionate about client care, Catherine is constantly looking at ways to improve our service, personally reviewing every piece of feedback received in our surveys and online.
