Director of Transformation

Charlene is Director of Transformation. She is responsible for the portfolio of transformation projects across the business, ensuring that our change initiatives are progressing to plan, meeting our business objectives and making sure our teams are well prepared for any changes we deliver.

Charlene has over 20 years' experience of change delivery, specialising in new business ventures, mergers and acquisitions, product development and regulatory change. Her role also involves leading the Strategy and Transformation team to deliver upon our growth ambitions and make Fletchers a great place to work.
