Charlotte is a Senior Solicitor within our Serious Injury team, qualifying in 2007. She has built a strong reputation as a tough negotiator, leaving no stone unturned in order to achieve the highest possible compensation for her clients, as well as ensuring a comprehensive rehabilitation package is in place to support them in the long term.

Charlotte deals with the most complex and life-changing, catastrophic injury cases and is experienced in representing individuals who have suffered amputation, spinal cord injury, severe traumatic brain injury, brachial plexus injuries, chronic pain, complex poly trauma and fatal accident claims. She works closely with the Court of Protection team on cases where individuals or their family members may lack mental capacity and require a financial deputy. Charlotte also has over 14 years’ experience of representing claimants injured in workplace accidents in the most complex cases and this is an area in which she maintains a keen interest. She is well liked by her clients because of her down to earth approach and unwavering commitment to client care.

January 2022

£1.3 million approved settlement for a Protected Party who suffered a severe brain injury, life threatening chest and orthopaedic injuries and a severe psychiatric injury, leading to a reduced life expectancy.

May 2021

£900,000 approved settlement for a Protected Party Acting on behalf of her client in a long running High Court case. Involved a motorcyclist who suffered a complex brain injury, where liability remained in dispute.

September 2021

£1.1 million occupiers liability claim in which the claimant suffered a severe traumatic brain injury, which affected capacity for full time work, and mild upper limb paralysis.
