Head of Legal Strategy and Operations

Chris joined Fletchers as part of our Operations Team, before progressing to Head of Legal Strategy & Operations. Prior to this, Chris spent 17 years in the financial services industry.

Chris is responsible for looking after a team of Business Analysts, who work on a portfolio of projects to deliver change to the business. Chris specialises in process improvement, providing our legal teams with the most efficient systems and processes in order to support their incredible work with our clients.
