Head of FP&A

Dale joined Fletchers in 2021 as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). She is responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis efforts of the Group.

Dale and her team provide insights and strategic financial guidance, which play a crucial role in driving informed decision-making and help us to achieve our business objectives. CIMA-qualified, Dale has over 10 years’ financial experience, having previously worked in a range of sectors, from Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and technology services to construction.
