Director of Integration - M&A
Dan is Director of Integration in our Mergers and Acquisitions team and is responsible for aligning new businesses acquired through our M&A programme with the Fletchers Group.
With extensive experience in Finance, Operations, and Technology, Dan is responsible for ensuring that all people, processes, and systems are integrated into the Group to leverage the full potential of our acquisitions. An accountant by profession, Dan was trained at Deloitte and holds an MA in Business Management. Since joining Fletchers in 1997, Dan has held several Directorships in Finance, Operations, and Technology, before taking up the role of Director of Integration in our Mergers and Acquisition Team in 2022.
