Nicola is an Associate & Serious Injury Solicitor, representing clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries, including traumatic brain injury, amputation, spinal cord injury, complex orthopaedic injuries and chronic pain disorders.
Having joined Fletchers in 2011, Nicola qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and has over a decade of experience in serious injury law.

CCC and CCD v Sharp April 2022
Acting for a young man following a catastrophic motorbike accident in which he sustained a life changing head injury. Achieved a settlement of £4.8 million .
BXA and BXB v Adams, April 2021
Acting on behalf of the family of a young father of three who tragically died in a road traffic accident. Achieved a settlement of £1.25m.
RC v Greenfield December 2021
Acting for a young man following a motorbike accident in which he sustained a below knee amputation. Achieved a settlement of £1.95m NET.
SCV v Postoliuk
Acting for a man who sustained a severe traumatic brain injury with a complicated a severe psychiatric sequalae as well as multiple orthopaedic injuries. Achieved a settlement of £1.3million.
GJ
Acting for a young man following a motorbike accident in which he sustained a severe injury to his leg resulting in significant bone loss and non union. Achieved settlement at JSM of £797k.
RC
Acted for a young man who sustained a complex degloving injury with associated vascular injury and orthopaedic complications following a motorbike accident. Liability remained disputed throughout, the case was settled at JSM with a 6-figure settlement in favour of the Claimant.
