As Chief Commercial Officer, Zoe’s primary focus is to drive revenue generation, business growth, and profitability. As part of this, Zoe and an integral part of our ambitious M&A agenda and will be developing new businesses as the firm looks to grow. She oversees our M&A due diligence and has created an industry leading offering. In June 2023, Zoe was awarded and MBE for her services to charity.
Zoe is also leading our Learning & Development transformation project, part of which is to develop inspiring and effective leaders to drive business success and growth. This includes the launch of an Executive Coaching Programme for high achieving senior female leaders in the business.
