A huge part of his role involves developing, training, coaching and motivating his team members, but he is also a qualified solicitor himself and a personal injury specialist with over 15 years of experience working on a variety of claims. He is also currently working towards his CILEX qualification.
As a people person, Alex is driven by taking care of his clients and guiding them through the claims process, to achieve the best possible outcome and help them rehabilitate. He enjoys tackling problems head on, and inspiring his team to be the best that they can be. He is highly experienced in running a complex caseload and has a wealth of knowledge working on road traffic accident claims. Furthermore, Alex has extensive knowledge of civil procedure rules, allowing him to smoothly guide his clients through legal proceedings. A particular caseload that stands out for Alex, was when he assisted with the legal proceedings of 25 personal injury claims for victims of the Manchester Arena bombing. He provided the clients with support, empathy and sympathy during this extremely traumatic and life-altering time.
“I cannot fault Alex, he's very caring, empathetic, explains everything and if I've not quite understood he explains again in the most patient way. Him and Faye, his assistant, are really lovely people, almost like friends and I'll be lost without them once my case has been concluded. Please keep up your excellent caring work. ”
“My [case] handler Alex is one in a million. He's kept me informed at all times, he's professional, helpful, always happy and nothing is too much for him. ”
