Christian Beadell

Christian has specialised in clinical negligence claims since qualifying in 1998. He has featured in the Legal 500 as a recommended claimant solicitor in the North West, and also Heads the Group Action teams.
Christian is currently seconded to the Legal Strategy team to help lead delivery of a number of key projects across the Clinical Negligence, PI and Costs Departments. In addition he continues to head the Group Action work within Fletchers and is involved with a number of clinical negligence claims across the teams, building on his previous group action experience in the MMR, DePUY ASR and George Rowland litigation, where he was involved in implementing several key novel protocols for the management of multi-claimant claims.
