Client Feedback

“After receiving poor service from the NHS that resulted in stitches in my lip and a couple of weeks off work, Hannah was brilliant. She talked me through the whole process. My claim was not substantial, but Hannah dealt with me in a very friendly and professional manner. I was kept up to date with all contact that was made by both sides. I am very happy I decided to let Fletchers Solicitors handle my claim and would recommend them and Hannah to anyone needing representation.”

“Brilliant outcome. I found these solicitors extremely efficient, and they dealt with everything which took the stress out of an extremely difficult time for me. If you think you have a medical case to answer, they are on the ball. The compensation I received will help me with all my future needs. You cannot do this on your own, you need someone who knows what they are doing. My solicitor was lovely and we had an excellent outcome. Thank you so much.”

“To date I cannot fault the service I have been offered. Hannah has been so understanding and patient, explaining every stage as it happened. Even taking the time to explain things over again as I am not familiar with much of the terminology and procedures you have to follow. I really feel that Hannah understands the case and the implications it has had on my family and I. I would be more than happy to recommend your services.”

“Fletchers acted professionally and with integrity throughout my case. They treated my case sensitively and communicated at critical points. I was grateful for their clear and concise information, explaining things in an easy way to understand. Particular thanks to Hannah who was fantastic to deal with throughout. She is a credit to the team at Fletchers!”

“I have had a nice time with Fletchers Solicitors, who have been friendly and kind since my case started a year ago, until our success in 2017. They are a lovely and friendly team who I will always recommend to anyone in need of solicitors. Special thanks to Hannah, she was so kind and smooth-talking and good customer care.”

“My case was taken on by Hannah. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. She kept me in the know with both phone calls and e-mails and I was always kept up to date and did not have to do any chasing up. Would highly recommend Fletchers.”
