Neil qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and has worked at Fletchers within our Serious Injury Department since 2012. Starting out as an Assistant in the department in, before internal promotion in 2015, handling caseload comprising cases of up to £100,000 in value. Since then, he has progressed to manage a caseload involving between £100,000 to £500,000 range in value working with 2 assistants. Recently, Neil has become an Associate Solicitor and a Team Leader in our Serious Injury Team.

Anonymised RTA Case
Fatal accident claim following road traffic collision, under the Law Reform (Misc Provisions) Act 1934, and Fatal Accident Act 1976, Neil secured a settlement of£242,980.00.
Anonymised RTA Case
Road Traffic Collision leading to bilateral wrist fractures, and ACL injury to his client previously employed as a heating and plumbing engineer, suffering disability as a result. A settlement reached of £461,000 was secured at JSM.

Liability disputed RTA, the defendant acquitted on charge of driving without due care and our client found guilty of speeding (over 65mph in 40mph zone). Neil’s client suffered multiple injuries to the knees, pelvis, and ankle, with pre-existing lower back issues. Settlement reached at JSM securing £231,029.
