Samantha qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 and has specialised in litigation since 2002. She has experience of dealing with catastrophic personal injury and serious clinical injury claims and over her long career she has recovered millions of pounds in damages for her clients.

She has good working relationships with both opponent lawyers and barristers with whom she works quite closely to achieve good results for her clients in high value claims. She joined Fletchers Solicitors in May 2019 and was made a Partner in August 2022. She specialises in litigated claims but has several pre litigated claims.
