About Me & The Team

Sally is a senior solicitor with nearly 20 years of experience dealing with personal injury and medical negligence ligation. She has dealt with a variety of cases over the years and previously achieved a settlement for £5.8m for a customer who had life-changing injuries.

As the team leader and senior solicitor, Sally is responsible for the progression of cases to the point of settlement or issue. She completes formal assessments of each case and strategically plans the progression of the case, ensuring all cases within her team are handled efficiently.

Kate Barge

Solicitor

Kate is a solicitor within our medical negligence department; she manages cases through to settlement or commencement of litigation. Kate joined Fletchers in 2017 and has been a solicitor for over 15 years. Within the team, she is responsible for corresponding with customers and experts to ensure cases are conducted in a proactive and effective manner. She works with the team leader to discuss and agree case tactics and planning, ensuring the necessary information has been collected to enable progression and settlement of the case.

Priscilla Marfoa

Assistant Fee Earner

Priscilla is the assistant fee earner in the team and she is responsible for obtaining expert evidence. As an assistant fee earner, she drafts detailed letters of instructions to medical experts in order to build evidence for the case. When she has obtained the expert reports, Priscilla will review them and advise the customer of their contents. She is also responsible for drafting a full exhaustive witness statement in support of the case, keeping it updated regularly as the customer’s condition changes

Mark Goodfellow

Assistant Fee Earner

Mark is the assistant fee earner in the team and is responsible for obtaining expert evidence. He drafts detailed letters of instructions to medical experts in order to build evidence for the case. When he has obtained the expert reports, Mark will review them and advise the customer of their contents. He is also responsible for drafting a full exhaustive witness statement in support of the case, keeping it updated regularly as the customer’s condition changes
