We know that starting work at a new company can be a bit daunting, and we pride ourselves on being welcoming, so we’ve given a lot of thought to how best to help new colleagues settle in. For your first few days, you’ll work with our L&D team, gathering the knowledge you need to get off to a successful start. You’ll hear a bit about our history, our areas of expertise, how we work, and you’ll also meet some of your new colleagues from across the organisation. After that, you’ll get to grips with your role and meet your new team – both with help and support from an experienced buddy.
As you join us and become a fully-fledged ‘Fletcherian’, you’ll be playing a vital role in the growth and development of our organisation. We will support you in your career while you help our clients to access the justice they deserve. As a company, we try to live our three key values – the privilege of client trust, the power of our people and the passion to succeed – rather than leave them as bland statements stuck on a wall. You’ll hear a lot more about them – and hopefully experience them personally too – in the next few weeks.
