Fletchers Foundation

The Fletchers Foundation is a charitable foundation that aims to support seriously injured people who are not able to access legal support.

Our lawyers guide people through the legal process when they’ve suffered a serious personal injury that was not their fault.

But we also see many enquires that sadly don’t have a valid legal case, which we are then unable to support. This is why we launched the Fletchers Foundation in January 2023 – to support people who our legal specialists can’t.

How does Fletchers Foundation help?

Our objective is to help people who are ineligible for legal support, access the wider resources and materials they need to live well.

To do this, we provide access to financial grants, and work with those affected to understand their needs and support them with their goals.

The Foundation also works closely with selected local community groups, registered charities, and schools each year. We do this to ensure we provide the best possible help for individuals.

What can a financial grant be used for?

Fletchers Foundation considers requests for:

Mobility aids or equipment
Rehabilitation therapies
Prosthetics
Counselling for the individual who is suffering from mental health issues because of the serious injury, medical negligence, or illness.
Projects, events and equipment for registered charities, schools or local groups supporting those affected by serious injury, medical negligence, or illness. It must be able to prove long-term impact for those individuals affected.
