Celebrating the moments that matter at the Superhero Tri 2026
On Saturday 15 August, colleagues and partners of Fletchers Solicitors came together at Dorney Lake for the Superhero Tri powered by Marvel – a celebration of inclusion, achievement and the power of sport to bring people together.
Key takeaways
- How Fletchers is involved
- What Superhero Tri is
- Why we are proud to support the event
Proud to be an official Super Partner
We were proud to support the event as an official Super Partner, helping the Superhero Series create opportunities for people with disabilities, alongside their families, friends and Sidekicks, to take part in sport in a way that works for them.
This year was particularly special, marking the 10th anniversary of the Superhero Tri and a decade of challenging perceptions and opening up the power of sport to more people.
A special & inclusive event
“It’s just such a lovely and inclusive event. You don’t have to do loads – you can do as little or as much as you are able. It is great to be included, and the Superhero bit makes it even more special.”
Fletchers Sidekick
An event where everyone can take part
What makes the Superhero Tri different is its focus on what people can do.
There are no cut-off times and participants can take on as much or as little of the challenge as they choose. Adaptive equipment is welcomed and Superheroes can compete individually, as part of a relay or with Sidekicks supporting them along the way.
For one of our Sidekicks, who joined us at the event, that sense of inclusion was what made the day so special:
“It’s just such a lovely and inclusive event. You don’t have to do loads – you can do as little or as much as you are able. It is great to be included, and the Superhero bit makes it even more special.”
It is that spirit which makes the Superhero Tri such a powerful event. The achievement is different for every person taking part, but every achievement deserves to be celebrated.
Supporting the moments that matter
At Fletchers Solicitors, we see first-hand the power of recovery after a serious injury. We understand that true recovery is about so much more than pursuing a legal case – and it is our goal to get people back to the things that are important to them. Whether that is finding new opportunities, regaining confidence, or spending time with the people who matter most.
What Fletchers' support means
“Having businesses like Fletchers Solicitors on board is vital to being able to grow the event. I have been coming for five years and it’s grown massively in that time.”

Support Coordinator at the Spinal Injuries Association
Creating opportunities for those who need them
That is why we are proud to support organisations and events that create opportunities for people to participate, challenge themselves and enjoy new experiences.
David Eastham, Support Coordinator at the Spinal Injuries Association, has seen first-hand how the Superhero Tri has developed:
“Having businesses like Fletchers Solicitors on board is vital to being able to grow the event. I have been coming for five years and it’s grown massively in that time.”
Taking to the court
As part of our support for the event, Fletchers Solicitors also sponsored the wheelchair basketball, giving visitors the opportunity to get on court and give the sport a go.
Some of our team couldn’t resist joining in themselves.
It proved to be much harder than it looked, but also great fun – and left us with even greater respect for the skill, strength and determination of the players who regularly take to the court.
For us, being a Super Partner isn’t simply about having our name at an event. It is about getting involved, supporting the community and helping create more opportunities for people to participate.
Proud to be a Super Partner
The Superhero Series is built around challenging perceptions of disability and creating events where everyone can feel part of something.
We were delighted to share this year’s Superhero Tri with our colleagues partners – including the Amputation Foundation and UK Acquired Brain Injury Forum – alongside the wider Superhero community. Whether they were competing, supporting someone else as a Sidekick, or trying a new sport – the atmosphere and sense of community was really outstanding.
Because sometimes the biggest moments aren’t about crossing the finish line first.
They’re about being able to take part, sharing the experience and celebrating what can be achieved.
