Recovery & resilience

This year, we’ll be exploring the theme of Recovery & Resilience, looking at the experiences men face when dealing with trauma, challenges and life-changing circumstances.

Importantly, we’ll also explore what helps men find support, build resilience and move forward.

The evening will bring together professionals from across healthcare, legal services, charity and community organisations for an honest and thought-provoking panel discussion.

Our speakers will share personal experiences, professional insight and stories of hope and recovery, creating space for open conversation and reflection.

What to expect

  • Welcome drinks & networking - Meet fellow professionals and make new connections over welcome drinks.
  • Panel discussion: Recovery & Resilience - Hear from our panel as they explore the challenges men face and what can help them recover and build resilience.
  • Audience Q&A - Have your say and put your questions to our panel.
  • Food, drinks & networking - Enjoy food and refreshments while continuing the conversation.
  • Interactive quiz - Put your knowledge to the test and join in with our interactive quiz.

Join the conversation

Come along, bring your colleagues, test your quiz skills and be part of an evening that aims to start conversations, challenge perceptions and shine a light on the importance of support and resilience for men.

Whether you work in healthcare, law, charity, community services or simply have an interest in the issues affecting men, we’d love you to join us.

Let’s come together to talk, listen, learn and connect.
