The benefits of making a group action claim
Strength in numbers:
Making a group action claim is a powerful way to hold organisations to account. We can harness the collective power of multiple voices to build stronger, more strategic cases, creating a greater overall momentum to your claim. This can mean faster case progression, sharper expert insight, and collaborative resolution.
Systemic change:
We understand that for many of our clients, pursuing a claim is about more than compensation, it’s about making sure lessons have been learned. By engaging with defendants in a constructive and collaborative way, we can help make real changes to patient safety and NHS culture, to make sure others don’t experience the same medical failings.
Shared experience:
Making a claim can feel overwhelming, particularly when you’re dealing with the impact of medical negligence. Being part of a group action means joining forces with others in a similar position, which can provide reassurance and a shared understanding. We can also connect you with trusted support and community groups so you can share your experience and access additional support.
