Who am I
I qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and have over twenty-five years’ experience in personal injury. Over my career, I have handled a wide spectrum of cases, including road traffic collisions, workplace accidents, public liability claims, animal-related injuries and criminal injury compensation. I also have significant experience in high value and catastrophic injury cases, including amputations, brain and spinal injuries, historical sexual abuse and fatal accidents.
I am particularly skilled in navigating complex litigation, including cases that have reached the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. My background spans fast track work through to catastrophic injury and high value abuse claims, giving me a broad and deep understanding of the challenges clients face and the outcomes they need.

Why I do this work

Making a real difference to their lives is a privilege.
How I work with clients
I focus on building strong, trusting relationships with clients and take the time to understand their circumstances fully. Outcomes
ANON
I represented the family of a woman who was murdered by her husband to avoid paying financial relief in divorce proceedings. I secured a recovery of over £1.5 million, the first reported award of its kind, involving complex issues around breach of a freezing order.
ANON
I acted for a motorcyclist who sustained a below-knee amputation after a road traffic collision. Liability was disputed, but the case ultimately settled at 100% with substantial interim payments to fund treatment, psychological support and state-of-the-art prosthetics. The final settlement was £3.6 million.
ANON (
I represented a couple who were trampled by a cow on farmland with a public right of way. They suffered significant injuries, including fractures, neurological symptoms and psychological harm. The case settled before medical evidence was finalised, with one claim exceeding £75,000.
ANON
I secured compensation for bereaved parents whose landlord failed to install smoke alarms, resulting in the tragic death of their two infant sons. The claims were brought as secondary victims for psychological injury, alongside bereavement and funeral costs. The total settlement was approximately £45,000.
My team
I lead three teams comprising more than twenty colleagues with a wide range of qualifications and expertise. We work closely together, supporting one another and combining our strengths to deliver the highest standard of client care. What stands out is the genuine collaboration within the department, which ensures clients receive consistent, high-quality support throughout their case.
What I enjoy about working at Fletchers
The standout for me is the people and culture. Everyone is friendly, approachable and genuinely committed to helping one another. I look forward to continuing to develop and promote a team that is already going from strength to strength.
“I like to build up strong relationships with clients, in order to gain their trust.”

Outside of work
Family comes first. I am married with two sons, and much of my time is spent supporting their hobbies, including rugby and marathon running. My passion is music, and I enjoy going to live events, often combining them with visits to new cities. A fun fact about our family is that we own a life-size fibreglass Minion cow, proudly displayed in our front garden and affectionately named Dolly.
