As Managing Director of New Acquisitions, I’m responsible for the portfolio of transformation projects across the business, ensuring that our change initiatives are progressing, meeting our business objectives and making sure our teams are well prepared for any changes we deliver.

My career in transformation and change is led by curiosity, a desire to learn more and to always improve & be better!

I’m privileged to work with an amazing team of specialists who help to plan and deliver change across the organisation, always putting clients and the colleagues around them first.

I’ve spent most of my career in large corporate or wealth management organisations delivering transformation and change to enable them to grow and adapt. Moving to Fletchers has given me the perfect opportunity to be a part of something truly special – a successful and growing business, doing things the right way for society, clients and colleagues. I’m hugely proud of the work our teams do to support families through often life changing situations.

Yorkshire born and bred, now living in the Northwest. I have a passion for the outdoors and animal welfare, volunteering at a rescue centre for many years. A keen runner, pounding the streets several times a week.
