Who am I

I began my career as a paralegal handling road traffic accident claims, before progressing into employers’ liability, public liability and wider personal injury work. Early in my career, I worked on the defendant side, and that experience has given me valuable insight which I now use to support my clients.

I’ve worked on serious injury claims since 2009 and have more recently developed a strong interest in medical practice. Supporting claimants in this area aligns closely with my core values, and I’m passionate about helping clients through what can be some of the most challenging times in their lives. This commitment drives my passion for supporting those affected by medical negligence every day.

I’m known for being diligent, empathetic and conscientious, and I build strong working relationships with medical experts and barristers to achieve the best possible outcomes for my clients.

Why I do this work

I want to make a meaningful difference to people whose lives have been changed by clinical negligence. Many clients come to us feeling unheard or let down, and I’m driven to help them find answers, secure accountability and access the support they need to move forward with their lives.

How I work with clients

I take pride in working closely with my clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported and fully informed at every stage of their case. I build strong relationships by combining empathy with clear, practical advice, and clients value my approachable and understanding manner.

ANON

In a case involving a delayed diagnosis of prostate cancer, my client went on to use his experience in a positive way. He now supports charities and speaks on panels, raising awareness of prostate cancer at a relatively young age. By sharing his story, he has been able to help others in situations where he once felt there was little support available.

My team

We’re united by a shared commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients, while always maintaining the highest professional standards. It’s this combination of strong expertise and genuine care that truly defines our team.

Outside of work

I’m a mum to two young boys, so most weekends are spent outdoors and on the go. We have a campervan and love heading to the coast whenever we can, enjoying time together surfing and swimming. As a family, we enjoy travelling and getting out for walks.

In my spare time (when I’m not chasing after the boys!), I enjoy reading, using my Peloton bike, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
