Who am I

I’m a Chartered Legal Executive with over 10 years’ experience, currently working within our Inquiry team. During my time in the Serious Injury team, I supported colleagues across a wide range of cases while also leading on new claims to ensure they progressed smoothly and efficiently.

I’ve worked on some of the most complex and catastrophic cases we handle and have developed particular expertise in claims involving multiple orthopaedic injuries, brain injuries and spinal injuries.

Alongside continuing to develop my experience and skills in serious injury work, I love that my role allows me to support clients during some of the most difficult times in their lives, ensuring they have the care and support they need both now and in the future.

Why I do this work

Following the Southport attack in 2024, I was keen to do whatever I could to help. When the opportunity arose to represent clients within the Public Inquiry, I was eager to be involved and join the Inquiry Team, as it felt like a chance to make a real difference.

Inquiry work is both challenging and fascinating. Supporting individuals who have experienced such devastating events is incredibly inspiring, and it’s hugely important in helping to drive meaningful change for the future.

How I work with clients

I always take the time to build strong relationships with my clients, so I can fully understand their individual circumstances. This helps me represent them in the best possible way and work towards achieving the strongest outcome on their behalf.

What I enjoy about working at Fletchers

My career has been varied and rewarding. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of colleagues over the years, learning from each of them and building strong professional relationships along the way. The opportunity to move into a new specialism has been particularly exciting, allowing me to continue growing and developing in my role.
