I have specialised in catastrophic personal injury for over 25 years. I am Vice President of the Association of Personal Injury Solicitors, a not for profit organisation which campaigns for victims of personal injury and their families. I am also an accredited Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Solicitors.

I have acted in all types of serious personal injury cases including brain injury cases, spinal cord injury, amputation cases, fatal accidents, road traffic accidents, accidents at work and national disasters such as the Croydon Tram Crash. I have secured many seven figure settlements for my clients.

I am a regular contributing author for the legal publisher Lexis Nexis. I have also written several articles for ‘PI Focus’ (a publication for personal injury lawyers)

I have appeared on both tv and radio to argue for the rights of personal injury victims.

For approximately 11 years, I was a volunteer trustee of Headway South West London (HWSL) (during part of which time I was Company Secretary); HWSL is an amazing charity that helps survivors of brain injury. I have also worked with the spinal injury charity Backup Trust and have volunteered as a buddy working with wheelchair users on Backup activity weekends on Dartmoor.
