Who am I
I help people who have suffered avoidable injuries because something went wrong with their medical care. I also support families who have lost a loved one as a result of negligent treatment.
My work includes helping people affected by serious neurological injuries, such as brain or spinal damage, complex orthopaedic injuries and significant organ damage caused by delayed diagnosis, misdiagnosis or inappropriate treatment. I also support people whose lives have been affected by failures to diagnose cancer and surgical errors.
In association with Haemochromatosis UK, I have particular experience helping people who have suffered serious complications following a delayed diagnosis of genetic haemochromatosis.
How I work with clients
When medical treatment causes life-changing harm, it’s natural to have questions about what happened and what comes next. I take the time to listen to my clients, understand the impact on their lives and explain the legal process in clear, straightforward language. My aim is to help people feel informed and reassured, so they can focus on what matters most while I guide them through their claim.

Outcomes
Anaesthetic awareness whilst having a laparoscopy
After a traumatic experience during surgery, our client was left living with the effects of PTSD and ongoing distress. I secured compensation that covered the cost of specialist therapy, helping her access the treatment she needed to move forward. It also recognised the pain and emotional impact of what happened, giving her greater security as she continued her recovery.
Delayed diagnosis of serious shoulder injury
After a delay in diagnosing a serious shoulder injury, our client’s future plans changed dramatically and he could no longer return to the sports he loved. I secured compensation to fund future surgery and help make sure he wasn’t left at a financial disadvantage because of what happened.
“My aim is to help people feel informed and reassured, so they can focus on what matters most while I guide them through their claim.”
