I’ve specialised in medical negligence claims throughout my career and have supported clients affected by a wide range of life-changing injuries. Before representing claimants, I spent many years defending these claims, giving me valuable insight into how healthcare providers and their insurers approach cases. Since 2011, I’ve secured more than £65 million in compensation for my clients. I have particular experience in complex birth injury and cauda equina claims.

Where appropriate, I seek interim payments before a claim concludes. This can help clients access care, therapy and rehabilitation sooner, as well as specialist support at home. In some cases, it can also fund adaptations to a property or help families move to accommodation that better meets their needs.
