Paul v Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust

A notable highlight in recent years includes my involvement in the landmark Paul v Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust case, which reached the Supreme Court in 2024. I represented the claimants in this pivotal clinical negligence case concerning secondary victim claims, reflecting my expertise in navigating complex and precedent-setting matters.

My team

I work in a collaborative team with complementary strengths. I lead on strategy and the legal framework, supported by dedicated junior lawyers and paralegals who ensure thorough preparation and clear client communication.

What I enjoy about working at Fletchers

As a Director of Clinical Negligence, I value the opportunity to shape and lead high-quality work while collaborating with passionate and talented colleagues who share a clear, common purpose.
