My work spans birth injury, brain injury, and spinal injury claims, and I’m known for my strategic approach, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to my clients.

Paul v Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust

A notable highlight in recent years includes my involvement in the landmark Paul v Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust case, which reached the Supreme Court in 2024. I represented the claimants in this pivotal clinical negligence case concerning secondary victim claims, reflecting my expertise in navigating complex and precedent-setting matters.

I work in a collaborative team with complementary strengths. I lead on strategy and the legal framework, supported by dedicated junior lawyers and paralegals who ensure thorough preparation and clear client communication.

As a Director of Clinical Negligence, I value the opportunity to shape and lead high-quality work while collaborating with passionate and talented colleagues who share a clear, common purpose. What I enjoy most is combining strategic litigation with a genuinely client-focused approach, working together to deliver meaningful outcomes for those rebuilding their lives after serious injury.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through cycling and running, as well as watching rugby whenever I can. I’m also a proud Welshman, something that remains an important part of who I am.
