I joined the medical negligence team in 2024, bringing with me years of experience helping people who have been harmed because they didn’t receive the standard of care they should’ve expected. I’ve supported clients affected by delayed diagnoses, surgical errors, failures to obtain informed consent and delays in treatment.

Delayed diagnosis of liver cancer

After vital monitoring appointments were missed, our client’s liver cancer wasn’t diagnosed until it had reached an advanced stage and could no longer be treated. Following his death, compensation provided financial security for his wife and children, helping to protect their future after the loss of a husband and father.
